  • DIRECTIONS

    Dampen the spoolie/wand and dip in the Brow Buttah saturating the spoolie/wand as needed, brush gently through the brows in desired direction to create a laminated look, or use without water to hold brows in place.

    * DO NOT WET BRUSH EXCESSIVELY. It is a natural brow “soap” and will foam if introduced to too much aqua.
